A highly accomplished and commended airlines professional with over 10 years of experience in training and managing cabin crew, Pallavi Menon has played an active role in designing and delivering training for in-flight service management for Airbus and ATRs, as well as training inflight managers and  crew on grooming and soft skills.

As the Nodal officer, she trained cabin crew and secured 100 percent for DGCA base checks and will be conducting classes on – Etiquette and Grooming here at team.i
