At team I, we believe that passion shouldn’t have to wait. That’s why we’ve designed our programs with four intakes every year—so no matter when inspiration strikes, you can take the first step towards your career in event management.
Batches & Intakes: Flexible Starts All Year
We have 4 intakes every year, one every quarter:
This means admissions are open throughout the year. Depending on when you apply, you could join:
- The current batch, if there’s space
- The next batch, if you prefer to start fresh
- Or even get slotted into a previous batch if you want an early start on practical exposure.
The Best Part? You Don’t Wait to Get Started
Here’s how it’s different at team I:
As soon as you enroll, you’re eligible to start attending real events—even if your theory classes begin later.
You enroll in February. Your batch (say, TI B25B) officially starts in April. Instead of waiting two months, you begin working on live events immediately, gaining practical experience before your first class.
How Are Batches Named?
Every batch at team I has a unique code:
- TI B25A → team I Batch 2025 January intake
- TI B25B → team I Batch 2025 April intake
- TI B25C → team I Batch 2025 July intake
- TI B25D → team I Batch 2025 October intake
This system keeps things organized and makes you part of a proud lineage of team I event professionals.
The Admission Process: Simple and Personal
We know choosing a career in event management is a big decision. That’s why our process focuses on understanding your potential and preparing you for success.
Step 1: Establish Your Career Intent
The first step is a conversation—are you serious about building a career in event management? Once that’s clear, we move to the next stage.
Step 2: Aptitude Test (₹2,000/-)
You’ll take a mandatory Aptitude Test on payment of ₹2,000/- (adjustable against your course fee).
Why this test?
It’s not about eligibility—it’s about understanding:
- Your current knowledge base
- Areas where you might need extra focus
- How we can tailor your learning journey
Good to know: The marks don’t decide admission. They help us (and you) assess readiness.
Step 3: Meet the Management
Finally, you’ll have a one-on-one meeting with the management team. Here, we:
- Discuss your aspirations
- Address your queries
- And jointly decide if team I is the perfect fit for you
Note: The final decision on admission lies entirely with the management after this meeting.
