  7. Event logistics would also be part of your planning  – Venue, Food, Decoration, Parking, Amenities, Transport, Equipment
  8. Getting necessary permits, permission and insurance is another among the basket of tasks at hand.
  9. Develop marketing, brand building and communication strategy
  10. Attend the event in order to see that everything falls in place
